And whoever shall receive one such little child in my name, receives me.

— Matthew 18:5

Many children in Guyana are neglected on a daily basis. Some are severely abused while others are left alone for days with no one to care for them. Still more are left orphaned resulting from the death of one or both parents. In 2001, over 4,200 children were orphaned after one or both parents had died with HIV/AIDS. There is much work to be done for the disadvantaged children of Guyana.

HOPE Children's Home was designed to offer hope to the abused, abandoned and neglected children of Guyana and to help rebuild relationships between children and their families, through unconditional love and the promises of our Almighty God.

Since our beginning, February 11, 2001, HOPE Children's Home has been asked to take over 144 children. Asking God's guidance on a daily basis, we know that the 42 children we now have, were carefully placed into our care by God, our Father.

Guyana has been hard hit by floodwaters. From December 31 to February 9th we have received 54 inches of rain. The depth of the water outside over 3 feet. Click here to read more about HOPE Flood Relief .
