Currently, at HOPE, there are seven (7) children for which we do not have full time, monthly support. Each month one child will be featured on this page and we trust that God will touch the hearts of someone out there who will want to be involved personally in his or her life. As a child develops a sponsor, we will update you and in that place, focus our attention to the next child, until we have gained full support for each of the seven.

Michael will be our "June child" and will begin our search for full time sponsors. Michael came to HOPE 3 years ago at the age of 1 year, along with 3 other siblings. He was malnourished, frightened, and had been emotionally and physically abused. He was severally traumatized and was very unsure of a lot of things when God gave him to us. Michael has made steady growth over the past 3 years. A very loving and happy child, one who is no longer afraid of life. Michael attends our Nursery School at HOPE and does an outstanding job. He is easy going and compassionate always excited to give his love to others.

Michael needs you! He needs someone who will reach out to him over the next few years and remind him of how special he really is. He needs to know that others, outside of his home, cares for him. Will you be that special person for Michael?
